Returns

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please start a chat or email info@maisonmodulare.com asap so we can work out a replacement. 

Returns must be requested within 14 days after delivery in unused, unworn, re-sellable condition. 

Customers are responsible for return postage. You are welcome to request a return label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refund confirmation will be emailed upon issuance. Please allow 3-14 days for funds to reflect on your statement.  Please contact your bank if there are any delays. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
